Shipping costs and delivery

The shipping costs are calculated in the check-out based on the weight and the shipping country. The basis for this is € 7.66 incl. VAT within Austria.

The goods will be delivered within one week after receipt of the order.

If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already received. In case of doubtful delivery address information as well as unstable residence (e.g. hotel), we reserve the right to deliver to the billing address.

Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible.

Different delivery address

Of course you can have your orders sent to different addresses.

To do so, simply enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address in the order process. For example, you can have gifts sent to your loved ones while you receive the invoice yourself.
